"Our friends keep to email us some tube like something to open pictures but not work to open. I wonder if you know what is wrong."

I think they are trying to open Youtube links in their e-mail but don't have Flash installed.

Yeah, OK, so that's my guess too. I figured YouTube and something preventing the movies from playing, but that's not exactly a guess I'd stake money on.
